Refund and Cancellation Policy

At JP Unlimited LLC, DBA Books and Bots ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), we are committed to providing high-quality services and tools. To ensure transparency, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.
Refunds are provided under the following conditions:
Free Membership: No refunds apply as the membership is offered at no cost.
Paid Memberships (Core, Pro, VIP):
Refunds are available within 7 days of the initial purchase for new members if no significant use of tools or resources has occurred.
Refunds are not available for renewal payments or partial months of service.
Purchases made through the GPT Pro Shop or for standalone SaaS applications are non-refundable unless the product is proven defective or unusable due to technical issues.
For technical issues, please contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of purchase to request assistance or a refund review.
A 50% deposit is required to begin custom AI or bot-building services, which is non-refundable once work has commenced. The remaining balance must be paid upon project completion. Refunds for completed work are not available.
Memberships can be canceled at any time through your account settings or by contacting us at [email protected].
Access to membership resources will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are provided for cancellations mid-cycle.
Custom services may be canceled prior to project initiation. Once work has begun, refunds for the deposit or any completed work are not available.
